Booking July 2026

What’s included

The July Senior Special Package

Skip the frantic fall rush and celebrate their milestone with a stress-free summer session. This exclusive July package is designed to capture your senior's authentic personality before the busy school year takes over.

Getting these done early isn’t just about beating the heat—it's highly strategic! You’ll need professional images almost immediately in the fall for yearbook ads, sports programs, club bio pages, and family gifts, not to mention graduation announcements in the spring. Taking care of it now gives you beautiful, timeless images ready to go the moment the school requests start rolling in, leaving you with one less thing to stress about.

60 min in the spotlight

1 Hour

One full hour gives us plenty of time to shake off any camera nerves, explore the location, and capture a beautiful mix of classic portraits and candid, natural moments. It’s the perfect amount of time to get variety without feeling rushed.

The perfect backdrop

1 Location

We will choose one stunning local location that fits your senior's unique style—whether that’s a sunlit nature trail, downtown Cartersville, or their favorite fishing hole.

Show off their style

2 Outfits

Two outfits allow your senior to showcase different sides of their personality. Most seniors love doing one casual, everyday look that feels entirely "them," and one slightly more dressed-up option to mix things up.

Your Curated gallery

15 High-Res Images

You will receive 15 professionally edited, high-resolution digital images delivered in a private online gallery. They include full print rights, making it easy to download, share with family, submit for senior yearbook spreads, and print for graduation announcements later.

Senior Portrait Portfolio

This special is all about making the senior portrait experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. By capturing this milestone during the quiet mid-summer weeks, you get a premium, relaxed session and a complete gallery of images at a perfect sweet-spot price. It’s the easiest way to check a major item off your senior checklist before the school year madness begins.

FAQ

Q: What days and times are available for our session?

A: It all comes down to chasing the best light! We have two great options. We can shoot in the early morning before the sun gets too high and harsh (which is also the best way to beat that July heat). Or, we can shoot in the evening during the hour before sunset—usually starting around 7:00 PM. If you're leaning toward an evening session, we can book any day of the week. If you prefer a morning session, those are reserved for weekends.

Q: What are my options for locations? Do we have to use the high school?

A: Not at all! In fact, I love making these sessions unique and fun. My favorite approach is to take your senior’s favorite hobby or passion and revolve the location around that.

  • Hunter or fisher? Let’s head to their favorite outdoor spot.
  • Shopaholic? Let's stroll downtown, window shop at their favorite boutiques, and grab a cute iced coffee.
  • Artist? Let’s shoot in their element—whether that’s a makeshift bedroom studio, the back porch, or out in nature.
  • Sports player? Let’s hit the field or court.
  • Truck guy? We can absolutely hang out in the Target parking lot and grab a scoop at Bruster’s with his sweetie... or sweeties 🤣

As long as the spot is within a 30-minute drive of downtown Cartersville, I’m game for just about anything. Take a look at my full photography portfolio to see how I shoot in different environments.

Q: Can they bring a sweetheart or best friend, two-legged or four-legged?

A: Absolutely! Even better: have them and their best friend or high school sweetheart book their own July portraits together. We’ll make sure to get great individual shots of each senior, plus some fun memories of them together. Four-legged best friends are always welcome, too! Just keep in mind that pets aren't always as great at taking direction as humans, so we’ll stay flexible and work with what they give us.

Q: What if we don't have the cap and gown yet?

A: No worries at all. There’s actually a big difference between senior portraits and graduation photos. July senior portraits are perfect for the yearbook spreads due early in the school year, family gifts, and graduation announcements.

While graduation next spring might feel a long way off, I’ve got you covered. When you book this July summer session, you unlock an exclusive, deeply discounted cap-and-gown add-on for next spring: a 20-minute mini-session at their high school in their cap and gown with 5 digital images for just $100.

Q: Your portfolio has a lot of girls—do you take photos of senior guys, too?

A: Absolutely! It’s no secret that senior guys aren't always the first to volunteer to step in front of the camera, which is why you see so many girls in my portfolio. But don't let that hold you back!

While senior guys might be a bit more elusive, I work with boys and men of all ages during my family sessions and weddings. I know exactly how to keep the experience fast, relaxed, and completely painless for them (no awkward, stiff posing here!). Let’s capture their style—whether that’s on the ball field, with their truck, or just keeping it simple—and get them a portrait you both love.
